Please note that by placing an order on the ihtools website you adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below.





In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: "The customer" means the person, team or company who purchases the products from the Company; “Product” means any award/trophy agreed in the contract to be supplied by ihtools to the customer; “Contract" means the contract between ihtools and the Customer, which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and conditions; “Company” means ihtools;




All product prices are in English sterling and exclude V.A.T. Prices exclude engraving and delivery charges, these additional costs will be specified before order completion. We reserve the right to amend the cost of products at any time.




Online: We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards via our secure online checkout system.

Post: We do not accept payment by credit/debit cards on orders by post or by fax. Please make cheques payable to 'ihtools'.

Telephone: We are more than happy to take credit card payment over the phone. When sending cheques by post, they must be cleared before the order is sent out. Orders online require immediate payment by credit/debit card.

Collection: We accept cash, cheque or credit/debit cards when collecting orders personally.




At ihtools we make every effort to deliver all products on time by using reliable couriers and royal mail where appropriate. However we can not take responsibility for late or failed deliveries due to details supplied from the customer. We will always try to rectify any problems through delivery as soon as possible and in the most cost effective way. We aim to deliver within ten days, 5 days where possible. Orders requiring artwork or special engraving may be longer. All International orders are charged at cost on a weight basis.




ihtools warrants that all products are of satisfactory quality. If any product is damaged on delivery please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to replace the damaged item as soon as possible. After 48 hours, ihtools cannot take responsibility for damaged goods.





All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline use only.




In the unlikely event that a customer wishes to make a complaint regarding the service at ihtools, we do like to make it as clear as possible how to do this. Please write to us or send an email regarding any complaint or general feedback and we will acknowledge this and do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. All complaints are confidential. We welcome general feedback as this allows us to improve our service to you. All contact details can be found on our ‘contact us’ page.
